We viewed many homes, as he progressively narrowed down what we were looking for and provided guidance and insight. I was introduced to Dan through the website. Dan politely replied but wasn’t overly aggressive. He offered to meet to show homes but respected our time frame. Once we began looking at homes, his response time was immediate to the hundreds of emails and text messages we traded. He proactively offered to preview dozens of homes for us in the snow in December to narrow down our search, sharing pictures electronically and opinions of whether the properties fit our “wish list” since we lived outside the area. We were negotiating a purchase contract during the bad snow storm in February but Dan kept the process going while plowing out of his driveway. His guidance on lake issues (dock permits, septic tanks, etc. which we weren’t as familiar with) was extremely helpful. And up until closing date when we had a small unpredictable glitch, Dan went above and beyond what prior realtors typically have done for us – he drove our signed closing documents to the courthouse that afternoon to comply with a request. And now two weeks after closing, he’s still following up on dock permits, seawall permits, etc. for us when he could be completely finished with the transaction. Overall a very positive experience and we’d use him again.
